In-app payments and paid profile boosts are disabled during the VenU beta. VenU does not collect payment card details while these features remain disabled.
We retain your data while your account is active and only as long as needed to provide VenU, protect users, resolve reports, and meet legal obligations. Account deletion removes profile, message, notification, saved-search, and device-token data. Completed booking, review, and safety records may be retained in anonymised form where another user needs an accurate record or where trust, safety, or legal obligations require it. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and access controls. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
