Using VenU
VenU helps venues and musicians discover each other, share gig details, send offers, confirm bookings, chat, review completed gigs, and report issues. You are responsible for keeping your profile and booking details accurate.
Bookings and payments
During beta, VenU payments and boosts are not live. Fees shown in the app are used for matching and booking clarity. VenU does not process payments in beta and does not encourage off-platform payment workarounds.
Trust and safety
Users must treat each other respectfully, only post genuine gig opportunities or musician profiles, and avoid misleading, unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour. VenU may restrict access, remove profiles, or retain safety records when needed to protect the marketplace.
Reports, reviews, and records
Reports, booking history, messages, attendance confirmations, and reviews may be used to support safety, dispute handling, marketplace quality, and legal compliance. Public profile deletion does not automatically erase records needed for those purposes.
